What's Included:  
-Check thermostat operation and verify proper heat call.
-Replace air filter (customer provides filter)
-Test capacitors and verify equipment operations.
-Clean and tighten accessible electrical connections.
-Check motor amp draws and blower performance.
-Test safety and limit switches for proper function.
-Inspect burners, igniter, and flame sensor functions.
-Inspect heat exchanger and flue pipe (visually). 
-Verify pressure switch operation.
-Change smoke/CO alarm batteries (customer provides batteries).
-Provide a brief system condition summary noting any safety or reliability concerns.
